Dinners include your choice of a cup of soup or a small Porta, Caesar or Garden salad. For a lighter fare, ala carte portions are available.

Manicotti – Tubes of homemade pasta stuffed with spinach, Mozzarella, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Topped with Mozzarella cheese and your choice of tomato or cheese sauce. Wine Suggestion: Hayman Hills Zinfandel or Geyser Peak Chardonnay

Vegetarian Lasagna – Layers of fresh noodles, Porta Bella mushrooms, Tomatoes, seasonal vegetables and cheese. Wine Suggestion: Carpazo Sangiovese

Pasta Primavera – Artichoke and spinach ravioli tossed with a medley of sauteed vegetables and topped with a creamy basil-walnut pesto. Topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Wine Suggestion: Alois Lageder Pinot Grigio.

Porta Bella Mushroom Alfredo – Sautéed Porta Bella mushrooms served over spinach fettuccine and topped with Alfredo sauce, almonds and shredded Parmesan cheese. Wine Suggestion: Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Porto Bello Mushroom Stuffed Ravioli – Fresh egg pasta stuffed with Porto Bello mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and spices. Topped with tomato or Alfredo sauce. Wine Suggestion: Monte Antico Sangiovese or Geyser Peak Chardonnay.

Porta Bella Mushroom Sauce – Your choice of pasta topped with sauteed Porta Bella mushrooms in Mama Troia’s Spaghetti sauce. Wine Suggestion: Carpazo Sangiovese.

Homemade Meatless Tomato Sauce – Your choice of pasta topped with Mama Troia’s 30 year old spaghetti sauce recipe. Wine Suggestion: Carpazo Sangiovese.
